This project involves the 130 lot subdivision of a high profile site off State Highway 29a, adjacent to the Tauranga Harbour/Waimapu Estuary.
Our team, working in conjunction with a leading local project management consultancy has undertaken the surveying, design and planning for this site and we look forward to seeing construction commence during the next construction season.
Extensive consultation has taken place with the multiple iwi and hapu who have affiliations with the site and the area. The aim is to create a high quality yet affordable subdivision, responding to the overwhelming demand for high amenity, affordable sections in Tauranga.
