Our team have designed Stage 1 and commenced design on later stages of the Harbour Ridge subdivision at Omokoroa, north of Tauranga.
This involved large cuts and fills on a hilly site, alongside a major Council road upgrade. The design philosophy as intended by the longstanding owners was to integrate the subdivision into the existing contour as much as possible. The contractor used machine guidance for the earthworks, and we were able to upload our models to his earthmoving equipment as we completed the design, saving significant time and cost. The subdivision is proving to be very popular.
