Maven Associates were engaged to complete the engineering design and provide development management for the 100 house subdivision after Resource consent was achieved under the SHA – Special Housing Area from Auckland Council.
Maven have a vast knowledge and experience in land development within the southern ward and understand the complexities when working in poor ground conditions and infrastructure cost share agreements.
With Maven’s good track record and reputation, the team were able to provide certainty of costs to the quantity surveyors, in terms of network infrastructure upgrades and risk items, to help the client make the development commercially viable and gain bank funding. Maven provided comprehensive civil cost to complete information as required.
The site has recently been passed on to a new developer who has maintained Maven as the lead consultant for all project works.
