Project details
The Matua Road development encompasses two stages of 1/8 acre lots located in the ever-growing Huapai Community. Maven were engaged to project manage the final stage of the Matua Road development to completion.
The site encompasses 62 new residential green field lots surrounding a centrally running stream. Multiple stream Culvert crossings and the construction of a newly designed wetland area; involving temporary stream diversions and the challenges of poor ground conditions with elevated ground water levels, have made the site specifically challenging in the abnormally wet winter of 2022.
