This large subdivision has 264 lots, located in Karaka/Papakura. Some of the interesting challenges on this site include the strict environmental control due to having an existing stream and a pond on-site. There is no wastewater network to serve the development, therefore a wastewater pumping station has been proposed. There is large-scale external works to bring water supply from approximately 3km away.
