Lucan has a decade of experience behind him, and having worked with the Auckland based directors for the majority of this time he has been part of the driving force behind the business.
Lucan is a highly experienced Civil Engineer with an extensive background in consulting and design roles supporting a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects through to large-scale plan changes. He has a wealth of technical knowledge within civil design and is well rehearsed in the consenting processes and construction/contractual administration.
In addition, he has past experience in materials, construction and manufacturing industries supporting an adept practical knowledge and consideration for constructability. As one of Maven’s Principals, he leads one of the engineering teams within the Epsom office.
