We’re looking for a Senior Three Waters Engineer with a strong stormwater and hydrological modelling focus to join our Tauranga team.
You’ll play a key role delivering stormwater and integrated three waters projects, providing technical leadership and supporting the development of junior engineers.
Key Focus & Responsibilities
- Lead stormwater and three waters design projects
- Undertake and review hydrological and hydraulic modelling (e.g. HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS or similar)
- Prepare technical reports, designs, and specifications
- Work closely with councils, clients, and project stakeholders
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance within the team
About You
- Relevant tertiary education (BE (Civil), or equivalent), with 7+ years’ New Zealand experience
- Proven experience in HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS is essential
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D/12D is an advantage
- Good knowledge of NZ standards
- CPEng desirable (or working towards)
- Confident communicator with initiative and a solution-driven mindset
