We can recommend civil and earthwork construction companies, builders, drain installers and drainage experts. We can also coordinate and work together with your chosen third party contractors.
Contract negotiations
Maven can manage all contract negotiations, including drafting, administering and approving construction and other third party contracts. Our team will also act in an engineer role to the contract and engineer’s representative, which are both required by NZS 3910.
Cost management
Assessing, budgeting and monitoring the costing, spending and financing of developments to ensure a project runs on time and to budget. We can generate reports for management and top-level governance, such as company boards, bank QS, for consideration and financial review.
Design & consents for building
Carry out on-site inspections alongside planners, surveyors and engineers. We have experience on a wide range of projects in residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
